the room was clean enough, it met a basic standard.
they were frequently out of service and some guests were trapped. this delay affected my plans. there were no updates.

The beach service was really good. Mike Lopez helped immediately when I arrived at the beach. He took good care of my beach chair and umbrella setup. The hotel room was perfect for my needs.

a really pleasant stay

i enjoyed the direct beach access. it made it easy to go for morning walks. the hotel provided comfortable beach chairs and umbrellas too. the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! it had a wide variety of options.

the breakfast buffet was overpriced. the service was not great at the buffet. i found better value ordering off the regular menu..

the beach access met expectations, providing convenient entry to the ocean.
I found the front desk service to be quite poor. My request for a simple pitcher of water resulted in a pitcher containing an unidentifiable substance the next day. when i inquired about a microwave, the front desk staff scoffed at me, which i considered rude and unprofessional. furthermore, after checkout, i noticed an overcharge for water from the room and despite repeated calls, the issue was not resolved until i pressured the operator to involve a manager, though the refund promised never materialized. This demonstrated a lack of follow-through and attention to detail.
